How do I book?

How long will the treatment take?
Dependant on the type of treatment selected, you will be given a time slot of between 30 mins - 2 hours. You will be advised of this when you contact us to enquire about booking.
Will you pick up and drop my dog off?
Sorry, we currently do not offer the collection and drop off of your dog before or after treatments.
When and how do I pay?
Payment for treatment is taken on collection of your dog. At the moment we only take cash payments.
Can I wait in your reception area whilst my dog is being groomed?
No, we currently do not have a waiting area for you to wait.
Will my dog be dried using a drying box?
No, we hand dry ALL dogs with a towel and hand dryer.
What if I am unhappy with my dogs finsihed result?
If you are unhappy with the groom, please speak to a member of staff who will try their best to remedy any issues you have.
